Copies of invoices will be filed and stored according to legal record retention requirements

·       Debt Collecting

Track receipt off all payments, as well as provide debt collecting services to make sure all invoices are paid

·       Dealing with your accountant

Deal directly with your accountant, providing all bookkeeping information that your accountant requires

·       Reporting – any report you require

§         Volume of invoices per day, week, month etc.

§         Total amount invoiced per day, week, month etc.

§         Total outstanding per debtor

§         Amounts received per day, week, month etc.
